The long-term coevolution is difficult to study in natural and/or experimental systems. This is why a huge amount of theoretical work is addressing this fascinating subject. In this contribution, Josep Sardanyés and cols investigate a mathematical model for genetically-driven Red Queen dynamics. Such a system is very rich in dynamics, and they provide a deep investigation of the chaotic regime. Their novel contribution is the characterization of predictability for this system.
