Representatives of the IBE initiate contacts with the Institut Català de les Dones to join forces towards gender equality
Elena Casacuberta, founder of the Diversity Committe, and Àngels Codina, communications manager of the IBE, met with Núria Ramón, executive director, and Joana Martínez, head of the Activities and Organisations Area of the ICD
The representatives of the IBE, as well as two representatives of the Institut of Marine Ciences (ICM), Esther Garcés and María Vicioso, met with the two members of the Institut Català de les Dones at their headquarters on January the 15th.
The aim of the meeting was to introduce both research centres to the ICD, to talk about the main challenges both face regarding gender equality, and to lay the foundations of future collaborations.
