Iñaki Ruiz-Trillo and Elena Bosch are the new Vice-Directors of the Institute of Evolutionary Biology
The change was formally approved by Executive Board and the Board of Trustees of the IBE, a joint centre of Pompeu Fabra University and the CSIC.
Iñaki Ruiz-Trillo and Elena Bosch have been appointed new Vice-Directors of the Institute of Evolutionary Biology (CSIC-UPF) in substitution of Tomàs Marquès-Bonet, who was recently appointed Director of the IBE. Iñaki Ruiz-Trillo and Elena Bosch begin their new duties in June 26th 2017.
Iñaki Ruiz-Trillo is an ICREA research professor at Institut de Biologia Evolutiva (CSIC–UPF) and Principal Investigator of the Multicell Genome Lab.
Elena Bosch is an Associate Professor at Universidad Pompeu Fabra and leads the Evolutionary Population Genetics Lab at the IBE.
