Anna Pérez Lezaun (Barcelona, 1970) has a degree in Biology from the University of Barcelona, a PhD in Biology from the University of Barcelona and a Master in Science Leadership and Management from the IDEC-Barcelona School of Management (UPF / UAB / UB) . She is Managing Director of the Institute of Evolutionary Biology (CSIC-UPF) since 2009. Previously, she was Head of the UPF Genomics Service and Executive Director of the National Center for Genotyping (CEGEN).
